I didn’t set out to work in tax strategy and business consulting.

I actually started with a degree in psychology, fully planning to go into the mental health field. Life had other plans, and I found myself in the world of legal operations, contracts, and business structure; where, it turns out, understanding how people think is just as useful.

Over the past 10+ years, I’ve worked behind the scenes helping businesses get their act together, cleaning up messy processes, fixing inefficient systems, and making sure the legal and tax side of things actually makes sense (and doesn’t come back to bite you later).

Somewhere along the way, I realized a pattern: a lot of business owners are doing really well… but they’re also overpaying in taxes, operating without clear systems, and making decisions without the full picture. Not because they’re doing anything wrong, they just haven’t been shown a better way.

That’s where I come in.

I help entrepreneurs understand what’s actually going on in their business, optimize their tax strategy, and put simple, effective systems in place so things run smoother (and ideally, with fewer “what am I doing?” moments).

Outside of work, I spent many years as a single mom raising my two kids (who are now grown) which taught me more about problem-solving, resilience, and time management than any job ever could. These days, when I’m not working, you’ll usually find me cooking, trying new recipes, or out hiking and enjoying some fresh air (and a break from screens).

I’m not here to throw jargon at you or give vague advice. I’m here to make things make sense, help you take action, and build a business that works for you—not one that constantly needs you to hold it together.

If you like straightforward advice, practical strategy, and someone who will tell you the truth (nicely), we’ll probably get along just fine.
